Money and entries
Do I have to pay anything to play?
No. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Every account starts with free Sweeps Coins, you can claim more free every day, and you can request them by post at no cost. A purchase never improves your chance of winning.
What is the difference between GC and SC?
Game Coins are for play and have no value — they can never be redeemed. Sweeps Coins are the free promotional entry and are what can be redeemed for prizes. When you buy a coin package you are buying Game Coins; the SC that come with it are a free bonus.
Can I buy Sweeps Coins directly?
No, and no legitimate operator will sell them to you. Selling the redeemable currency is exactly what the sweepstakes model exists to avoid.
Are purchases refundable?
Game Coins purchases are final. They have no cash value and cannot be converted back.
Redemptions
How much do I need to redeem?
A minimum of 30 SC, up to 500 SC per request.
How long does it take?
We do not publish a guaranteed time, because we would not be able to honour it — review queues and payout providers both affect it. A person reviews every request rather than an automated rule.
What happens if my request is declined?
The coins are returned to your balance in full, immediately, and you see the reason on your transactions page. They were held rather than spent.
Why do I have to verify my identity?
To confirm you meet the minimum age of 18, to confirm you are in a state we can operate in, and to make sure a prize reaches the person who actually won it. It is a one-time check.
Game systems
How many systems can I access?
All 16 of them, from one account, on one shared balance. You do not fund each platform separately.
Why can I not sign up for the games directly?
None of these platforms offer public self-registration — accounts are issued through distributors. That is exactly the gap fake download sites exploit by charging for accounts they never deliver.
Do I need to download an app?
Most systems run in a mobile browser. You can add this site to your home screen for an app-like shortcut without any store download.
Is Juwa 777 a different game from Juwa?
No. Same platform. The 777 is styling that spread through third-party download pages, and there is no paid upgrade between them. Juwa 2.0 is genuinely separate and is listed separately.
Accounts and eligibility
Which states can I play from?
We cannot currently offer accounts in WA, ID, MI, NV, MT, CT, DE, NY, LA. The registration form checks this and tells you before you finish rather than afterwards.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person. Duplicate accounts are closed and balances on them may be forfeited.
How does refer and earn work?
Your friend gets 10 SC on signup. You get 10 SC once they have made a qualifying purchase of $19 or more and played at least once, capped at 100 SC per week.
How do I close my account?
Email support@example.com and we will close it. If you ask for a permanent self-exclusion we will not reopen it, and we will stop all marketing.
